The Precision Report:

Your Guide to Pain Free Fitness

🍂 Thankful November – A Message From Precision Fitness Physical Therapy

As we step into Thanksgiving season, I want to take a moment to say a genuinethank youto every single person who has been part of the Precision Fitness PT community.

Whether you’ve been:
✔️ A current client
✔️ Someone who attended a workshop
✔️ A subscriber who watches our videos
✔️ A friend who likes, shares, or supports our content (this means more than you know, sharing our content helps reach more people and potentially avoid more unnecessary procedures)
✔️ An athlete who trusted us with your recovery and performance

—your support has allowed Precision Fitness PT to grow into what it is today.

This month is especially meaningful because…
🎉We’re celebrating our 2-Year Anniversary as a business! Two years of helping athletes, lifters, and active adults stay moving, stay strong, and stay pain-free without relying on unnecessary rest, injections, or surgeries. Thanks to you, we have helped hundreds of clients recover from injury and maintain their active lifestyles. For us, this is a huge deal because in many cases it meant... avoiding surgery, coming OFF of pain medication or avoiding it all together, and obtaining hope when there was none left.

I’m incredibly grateful for every conversation, every success story, and every ounce of trust you’ve placed in us. Precision Fitness PT isn’t just a clinic—it's a community of driven, motivated people who want to keep training and living life to the fullest.

🔥And because of that… we’re planning something special.
Stay tuned for details on an upcoming celebration event in the New Year (more details below). It’ll be an opportunity to train together, learn together, and celebrate what we’ve built over the past two years.

Recent Event Highlight:

Friendsgiving Competition – Last Weekend

We had an amazing time competing in the Friendsgiving competition at Kanna Fitness. They always do an amazing job putting on this event. PFPT sponsored Dr. Ryan's team "three really tall guys." I highly recommend you go look at the post highlighting this and check out our shirts and team pose, it will give you a laugh!

📍Upcoming Events – Mark Your Calendars!

🗓️December 7th – Shoulder Mobility Clinic at CrossFit 267
If shoulder mobility is holding you back from pain free over head work (snatches, over head squatting, pull ups, over head pressing) then you should be here! This is for CF 267 members, but reach out if you are in the area and want to stop by, we will see if we can make it work!

🗓️January 10th – Clinic and injury screens at CF Generation's heath Expo
I will be hosting a workshop (topic TBD) and doing some limited 1:1 injury screening. Spots will be limited due to another event commitment later in the day.

🗓️January (TBD exact date) – Precision Fitness PT 2 Year anniversary celebration!!!
We will be hosting a 2 year anniversary celebration at CrossFit Apex on a Saturday in January (likely 17th or 24th). This is a chance to celebrate YOU, our amazing clients, friends, and gym partners that have supported our Journey along the way. There will be a group workout (mobility warmup led by Dr. Ryan) - and a class led by an Apex coach, giveaways, prizes, and a social with refreshments after the workout! The workout will be an accessible workout that can be scaled to ALL Fitness levels. We are holding off until after the holidays to accommodate to busy schedules and life events.

We love being a part of your athletic journey—whether you're competing, recovering, or just leveling up your movement.

Got questions or want to reserve a spot in advance for a screen or recovery session? Just hit reply to this email.

Is Your gym not on here? Want a different topic covered? Reach out to see if we can set up an event at your gym for free!

Thank you for being a part of our story—and for letting us be a part of yours.
