Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

What Is Pelvic Floor Therapy?

Get back to running, lifting, and the activities you love—without pelvic floor symptoms holding you back.

Leaking, pelvic pressure, pelvic pain, prolapse, and difficulty returning to exercise after having a baby are common—but you don't have to simply accept them as your new normal.

At Precision Fitness Physical Therapy, we provide individualized pelvic floor physical therapy designed for active women who want to understand the root cause of their symptoms and get back to the activities they enjoy.

What is Your Pelvic Floor?

Your pelvic floor isn't simply about being "strong."

It needs to be able to:

  • Coordinate with your breathing and core

  • Manage pressure during exercise

  • Work together with the rest of your body
